General Process

①   Understand the buyer’s needs, including product type, quantity, certifications, and timeline.

②   Recommend 4–5 reliable Korean OEM/ODM manufacturers based on product type and capability.

③   Coordinate all communication and requirements between the buyer and manufacturers.

④   Support the buyer in selecting the most suitable manufacturer.

⑤   Sign a tripartite agreement between the buyer, the agent, and the manufacturer.

⑥   Receive a 20% agent commission fee in advance from the buyer upon contract signing.

⑦   Oversee sample formulation according to the buyer’s request.

⑧   Finalize formulation, packaging, MOQ, unit price, and timeline.

⑨   Inspect the finished products for quality, accuracy, and completeness.

⑩   Arrange final delivery to the buyer’s destination.
